Management and Leadership in a Modern Workplace
In this modern world working with different clients and different environments the management and leadership that you have always has to be beneficially to the clients, the workplace and to your employees. Management and Leadership is to find a way that the company can meet the needs of the employees. There are different leadership styles that can be used for different scenarios and it doesn’t mean that a company should stick to one leadership style. A company only has that certain leadership style with the different challenges that company faces.
These are the different types of Management leadership:
• Autocratic
• Democratic
• Lazierre Faire
The management styles above are the management styles that are mostly used by companies and businesses, some use all of them for different situations others may use two and others use one.
Always having an autocratic approach is not always the best way because your employees may not make the working environment easy to work in and there is always disputes because people can’t voice out their opinions when deal with situations in the working environment.

Having a democratic approach can help the business with making people in the company to voice out their opinions and to have a say in the decision making when it comes to working with a client especially if they work in that department that is being discussed.

Be careful when it comes to the Lazierre Faire management leadership because you don’t want to give your employees to much freedom but at the same time you want them to enjoy working in that environment and making moves for your company to grow bigger and better.

So always have an open mind to giving your employees freedom but don’t make it too much because that might just work for the bad of the company and not for the good of it.

When running a business or a project that needs you to deal with people always have different approaches that can work best with different people because we all not the same and we all have our own opinions so having a platform to voice your opinions helps the company and make employees and clients want to continue having a relationship with the company.
